Dodge Bounce Re-Dodge ND

Start:

1v1, players work down the sideline, or end line.

Play:

The offensive player makes a dodge at the defensive player, bounces back and re-dodges, and repeats as they move down the sideline.

Points:

This is a skeleton drill that gives an offensive player multiple reps at dodging and re-dodging.

Emphasize quality dodges, footwork and positioning.

While defense should be ‘soft’, defensive player should be working on shuffling and drop steps.
