Lacrosse Agility Drills ND

 

Start:

Four cones in a 10 yard square.

 

Play:

One by one players go through an assortment of runs where they touch all four cones.  They can backpedal to one, shuffle to the next and sprint to the next and shuffle to the next, or any combination thereof.  Figure eights can also be done running diagonally to cones.

 

Third is placing two portable creases next to each other and having a figure eight chase through them.

 

Also set up six cones in a 20x10 yard grid and have two players mirror each other going through each other’s square.

 

Points: Keeping in proper position through the drill with feet shuffling, butt down, chest up, head up.

Build agility.
