Crystal Osbrach

Crystal grew up outside Charlottesville, Virginia, where I began playing lacrosse and field hockey at a young age. Team sports have always been an important part of my life, and I love helping girls develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game in a positive, supportive team environment. When I moved to Teton Valley, I started coaching locally, with a focus on fundamentals, teamwork and fostering a love for lacrosse.  Outside of coaching, I enjoy skiing, mountain biking, cooking, and reading as much as possible.
