Scholarship Application overview

TVYLA is committed to making sure every child who wants to play lacrosse has the opportunity to do so. Each year, we set aside available funds to provide financial assistance to families who need support. Scholarship funds vary from year to year based on availability, but our goal remains the same: to remove financial barriers and keep lacrosse accessible to all athletes in our community.

All scholarship requests are handled confidentially, and families are encouraged to apply if cost is a concern.

How to Apply

  2. Submit the completed form by email or mail:

Important Application Requirements

  • Player must be a current USA Lacrosse member

  • Player must be registered on the TVYLA website

  • Use the player’s USA Lacrosse number only on the application

  • Do not include names or identifying information on the form

Confidentiality

All scholarship applications are handled with care and confidentiality. Applications are reviewed using USA Lacrosse numbers only. An administrative member (not involved in the review process) matches approved applications to registered players to award scholarships. This process ensures privacy for all families.

Additional Information

We understand that many situations can impact a family’s ability to pay, such as job loss, illness, or other unexpected circumstances. If applicable, please share any relevant information in the comments section of the application so we can best support your family.

Application Deadlines

Varsity, 7/8, and 5/6 Spring 2026 Teams
📅 January 28, 2026

3/4 and K–2 Spring 2026 Teams
📅 February 25, 2026

Applications received after the deadline will be considered only if funds remain available.
