Jon Demuth

Jon grew up in the Syracuse, New York area and began playing lacrosse at a young age. With both his grandfather and father earning College All-American honors, the sport has been a central part of his family and played a major role in shaping Jon’s lacrosse journey. A highly competitive youth player, Jon earned a starting position on his high school varsity team as an eighth grader.

After high school, Jon continued his playing career at Division III Lynchburg College in central Virginia. Following college, he moved to the Washington, DC area, where he played for many years in competitive post-collegiate leagues, including both field and box lacrosse.

After relocating to Teton Valley with his young family, Jon has become passionate about teaching the game and growing the sport locally, with a focus on developing lacrosse in the valley into a top competitive program.
