Sheridan grew up in Williamsburg, Virginia where she played lacrosse throughout middle and high school. She was reintroduced to the sport in 2024 when her stepdaughter joined the Wolverines, and has loved getting more involved with the lacrosse community through coaching. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, mountain biking and snowboarding.
