Welcome Coaches
Thank you for being here.
Coaching with TVYLA is about more than running drills and calling plays. It’s about building confidence, creating community, and helping young athletes fall in love with the game of lacrosse. This page is here to support you every step of the way.
As we head into the 2026 season — TVYLA’s 10-year anniversary — we’re proud of how far this program has come. What started with a few sticks, a handful of volunteers, and a lot of belief has grown into a strong, connected lacrosse community. Coaches have been at the heart of that growth every step of the way.
Inside, you’ll find helpful resources designed to make coaching easier and more consistent across our program — from Coach SOPs and weather guidelines to communication tools, registration discount codes, and required certifications. These resources help ensure that all TVYLA teams operate with shared expectations, clear communication, and a strong focus on player safety and development.
Whether this is your first season on the sideline or you’ve been part of the Wolverine family for years, we hope this page gives you the clarity and confidence to coach with purpose — and enjoy the season along the way.
Thank you for the time, energy, and heart you give to our athletes and our community — past, present, and future.
Head. Heart. Hustle.
Go Wolverines.
New to Coaching with TVYLA?
Welcome — we’re really glad you’re here.
Whether this is your first time coaching lacrosse or your first season coaching with TVYLA, know this: you don’t need to have all the answers on day one. What matters most is showing up, caring about your players, and being willing to learn along the way.
As we celebrate 10 years of TVYLA in 2026, we’re reminded that many of our strongest coaches started exactly where you are now — learning, growing, and discovering just how impactful this role can be.
